only if you like peach, Well yuo need 1 peach, ice, vanilla icecream, milk, peach yogurt mix it all together and get the best recipe for a smoothie. IT IS DELICIOUS

fresh plain yogurt a hand full of berries make it assorted blue, straw, raspberries, blackberries, or all one flavor and a scope/ soup spoon of concentrate / frozen type in a small can OJ and ice put it in a blender and mix well.

Blackberry Smoothie

1 sandwich bag of freash blackberries
3 scoops (give or take) of strawberry icecream
sugar/splenda (add to tase)
milk (if desired)

Put all ingrediants into a blender, serve cold!

I don't have exact measurements because I made this up last summer and it was soooooo good! You can substitute peaches in place of berries and vanillia icecream instead of strawberry for a really good peach smootie, too.

I dunno I use strawberries....one banana a cup of water....
Ice...&& honey....add the amounts to which how you want it to taste...and the water depanding on how thick or smooth you want it good luck

Strawberry Banana Smoothie:

1 large banana
6 strawberries
8-10 oz soy milk
8-10 oz orange juice

Blend until smooth. Add more fluids if its still too thick.

I only like the banana smoothies that I make at home.
One cup of milk (I use 2%) and one banana...
My husband likes to add strawberries to it...

Combine 4 shots of fruit brandys (blackberry, peach, cherry, apricot) with 1/2 banana, 1 cup of strawberries (sweeten), and 1 cup of half n half over ice in blender. Blend until smooth. Add clear rum for an extra kick. Yum!
