Quick & easy.

1 jar of your favorite pasta sauce
1 container ricotta or cottage cheese
2 cups shredded mazzarella cheese
1 box no boil lasagna noodles

mix sauce and ricotta or cottage cheese(of course you can also add browned ground beef),
layer noodles, sauce mixture, shredded cheese,
repeat 3 or 4 times until you are out of sauce and cheese.
follow baking directions on noodle box

Fry mince until browned (and diced onion if you like), add 1 can diced tomatoes, add herbs/pepper, put layer in dish, put pasta on top, repeat, ending with meat layer. Add grated cheese to top and bake 45 min (180 deg C) (depending on brand of pasta sheets-try find ones that don't require pre-cooking) Sometimes I put foil on top for first 20 min so the cheese doesn't burn...Easy!!!

Stoffers. Just pop it in your oven and your all set.
