Can I make a decent tasting meal out of these few ingredients?!

Question:

Can I make a decent tasting meal out of these few ingredients?

I have chicken breasts, lemon juice, and some fresh herbs (basil, parsley, sage, and a lemon plant.)

Can I even do anything with what I've got? And if so, how do I do this?

*I'm not much of a chef, and I've never actually used the fresh herbs before - so I need some help please!

Answers:
4 chicken breasts
3 teaspoon fresh herbs finely diced
1/3 cup lemon juice
1/2 cup water

Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. Rub herbs into chicken. Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Place skin side down in a baking dish.
Pour lemon juice and water over top. Bake uncovered for 40 minutes. Turn skin side up and bake another 20 minutes, basting once or twice. Makes 4 servings.
.

Marinate your chicken in olive oil (or light veg. oil if no EVOO), lemon juice, and chopped herbs (parsley, basil, salt & pepper).

Then grill on a pit or grill pan or in a skillet.

You could also make a pesto (w/ or w/o nuts, depending upon what you have) using the basil, EVOO, parm cheese, and S&P. Pesto is good tossed w/ hot pasta and cooked chicken strips.

u can try 2 bake all the ingredients together in an oven

This is easy. Dice all herbs. Place all the herbs in a bowl and add the lemon juice. let rest. Fry, poach, steam, broil anything you like to eat do with the chicken. I would take herbs and mix with chicken, wrap in foil, bake at 400 degrees for 15 minutes.
When you use fresh herbs use less than dried herbs and always use to your taste

Ok gorgeous. here's what you do

Personally...I prefer to use chicken thighs that i've deboned for this. But breasts should work ok.

cut your chicken into kebob type sizes

Combine 1/2 stick butter, lemon juice from 4 lemons, rosemary and thyme and marinate your chicken for at least a half hour. skewer your chicken and grill until done occasionally brushing with the marinade.

When done here's a good side to go with it

1T olive oil
3T chopped almonds
1T marinade
1/4t allspice
1/4t cinnamon
2C cooked rice

Heat oil until hot. add almonds and spices and cook until fragrant. then add the marinade and your rice and basically stir fry until it's well combined.

There you go!

baked chicken potatoe peas

yes

mix the lemon juice, some veggi oil, and some basil to make a marinade, the brush onto the chicken and bake it till it's golden yellow

Get each chicken breast, Parsley and Sage. Wrap it in foil in such a way that the foil is shaped so that the liquids dont spill out. Add butter, Minced Garlic, lemon juice, salt and pepper to the foil.

Bake at 350 degrees for 55 minutes

Get a French Bread from the store and
Smeat Butter
and Chop Garlic and basil and spread it over the bread.
Put in Oven till it is toasted.

yes use the lemon juice as the marinade w/ the basil, chop it finely. take the sage and the lemon plant together set in aluminum foil w/ chicken. bake at 350 til tender. then use the parsley as a garnish, just a little on top. not cut!!

If you cook your chicken for an hour plus, you wont want to eat it!
