Black Angus New York Strips with Mesa Steak Sauce
Mesa Steak Sauce:
1 cup ketchup
2 tablespoons freshly grated horseradish
1 tablespoon honey
1 tablespoon maple syrup
1 tablespoon ancho chile powder
1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
Salt and freshly ground pepper
Combine all ingredients in a medium bowl and season with salt and pepper to taste.
Black Angus Steak:
4 New York strip steaks, about 10 ounces each
Olive oil
Salt and pepper
Preheat a grill pan over high heat until smoking. Brush the steaks with olive oil and season with salt and pepper, to taste. Grill for 4 to 5 minutes on one side until golden brown, turn over, reduce heat to medium and continue cooking for 5 to 6 minutes for medium-rare doneness.
Tomato-Red Onion Salad:
3 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
3 tablespoons olive oil
Salt and pepper
2 cups watercress
2 tomatoes, sliced into 1/2-inch slices
1 large red onion, sliced into 1/2-inch slices
1/2 cup crumbled Maytag blue cheese
Whisk together the vinegar and mustard in a small bowl. Slowly whisk in the olive oil and season with salt and pepper to taste.
Toss the watercress in a few tablespoons of the dressing and arrange on a platter. Top with slices of the tomatoes and onions and drizzle with the remaining dressing. Sprinkle with the blue cheese.
If I say a steak, will you make one for me also?
something healthy hope you like it.
get some fish file and wrap it with aluminum foil, add salt or seasoning to your taste, some vegetables like tomato, onion peeper hot or sweet, and fish will be cooked in its juices plus vegetables and seasoning, you might want some cold pasta also, or what about some rice, open a bottle of red wine what do you think its cheap and fast.
How about grilled veggies? I slice onion, zucchini, summer squash, portabello mushrooms, asparagus, tomatoes and jalapenos, toss them in a little olive oil with some herbs, salt and pepper, then put them on the grill. When they're done, you can either toss them with pasta, or serve with goat cheese melting on top and a loaf of crusty French bread. Yummy!

Grill or broil kabobs 6" from heat, turning several times and brushing with marinade during cooking, until fish flakes easily when tested with fork, about 10 minutes
Ribeye. I never knew it was this simple to make steak unitl my father in law taught me.
Ingredients:
Ribeye steak
Salt
Simply salt the steak, let sit for about an hour and grill. Make sure to leave the grill cover on when grilling. I talked to a grill professional about this and he said that it keeps all the moisture from the steak from evaporating and getting smoked away. I guarantee this will be the JUICIEST most INCREDIBLE TASTING steak you will ever have. Have fun grilling!
If you're feeling like seafood, how about some grilled shrimp. I've tried this recipe before and it is amazing.
4 cloves garlic, minced
1 cup olive oil
1/2 cup finely chopped fresh basil
2 tablespoons vinegar
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
1/2 teaspoon hot sauce
2 lbs large raw shrimp, peeled and deveined
1. Combine all ingredients except shrimp in a shallow dish; mix well.
2.Add shrimp, tossing gently to coat.
3.Cover and marinate shrimp 2-3 hours in the refrigerator, stirring occasionally.
4.Remove shrimp from marinade, reserving marinade.
5.Place shrimp on skewers; grill over medium-hot coals 3-4 minutes on each side, basting frequently with marinade.
Good Luck!
How about trying some portobello mushrooms in place of boring old burgers? Very tasty. Brush them with some butter and crushed garlic or some olive oil and flavored vinegar and serve in a bun with the regular burger toppings or along with a baked potato. (I like to cut up the potatoes into slices add butter, salt and pepper and herbs, and wrap them in individual tin foil packages.) You'll like it. Honest.
