Chicken stock v/s chicken broth?!

Question:

Chicken stock v/s chicken broth?

Any difference between the following or are they the same chicken stock v/s chicken broth?

Answers:
Chicken stock is made using chicken carcasses, water, and mirepoix, which is a combination of onion, carrots, and either leek or celery. chicken stock is very gelatinous due to the long cooking time

Chicken Broth is made not only using chicken carcasses but also chicken meat, which gives a fuller flavor. it's not cooked as long as stock, and usually isn't as gelatinous.

You can substitute the broth for stock, in my mind stock is made using the discarded parts of the chicken to make the broth. I use the neck, back and innards to make my stock, if I am short on time I use the low sodium broth.

hmm nt sure..but isn't stock those cube things (gone thru chemical processes?) but broth is extracted by boiling a chicken n taking e water its boiled in (natural and healthier)

Chicken stock is more flavorful than broth it has more of the fatty substance of chicken and broth comes in cans and stock in boxes that you can refrigerate.
