Hmmmm, meatloaf.......can you just use the egg whites, as yolks aren't healthy. And Bolagnaise, isn't that minced beef??

If you like curry, you can make a lovely spinach, potato & lamb curry with minced lamb.

Basically boil some new potatoes and set them to one side, then fry up some sliced red onions (use a very small amount of oil or fry-light 1 calorie spray oil) add the mince and some freshly grated ginger and stirfry until cooked, then add curry powder (balti curry powder works best for this receipe) and seasoning. Then add the boiled new potatoes and spinach leaves, and stir in until the spinach has wilted. (baby spinach leaves are best if possible). Cook for a few more minutes, then serve with rice, drizzle with low-fat natural yogurt and sprinkle with chopped fresh coriander if you like it.

Slimming world recipe that I've cooked a few times, and really enjoyed.

If it's minced Lamb you could do little Kofte style meatballs in a tomato sauce (just the meat, some chilli pepper, corriander etc)

Make a meat loaf. Mix the meat with beaten eggs and brown bread crumbs and seasoning. Put in a loaf tin, and cook in oven for approx. 1hr 20mins. Serve with new potatoes and veg

You could make a spaghetti bolognaise and make your sauce from fresh using fresh tomotoes, garlic, extra virgin olive oil, herbs etc and then you could use brown/wholemeal spaghetti instead of white.

Hope that helps.

Moussaka

Look up the recipe for a dish called "Mumbar" it's a sausage type dish made with lamb, pork or in your case both, and rice

Aside from the fat in the meats it's pretty healthy.
