How can I make a steak I bought?!

Question:

How can I make a steak I bought?

It is called steak for rolling something like that. Can i fry it?

Answers:
sounds like it might be a skirt steak or flank steak. You could still fry it..but your cooking time will be a lot less. Typically if you rolled it, you'd fill it with ingredients like blue or goat cheese, spinach, or portabella mushrooms. You'd just cook it on it's open sides so the cooking time wouldnt be that long.

You could just marinate it on it's own though, and you'd pretty much cook no more than a few minutes on each side.

Well when my gram makes steak and any steak she uses grill seasing and some salt and pepper to the taste then she cooks it a pan till done. it is SSOOOO good.

I have bought a lot of steaks, but I don't think I ever rolled one....I take that back! The only time I rolled one up was around a whole dill pickle (One for each serving) and then put cream of mushroom soup over it with a can of water/milk and baked them for about an hour. The pickle tenderizes the meat, really tender! The combination of the flavors is wonderful. Good luck.

It's probably steak for bragiole, or flank steak. It's a really tough cut of meat. Generally it is either grilled on a really hot heat very quickly for fajitas or stuffed and braised for bragiole. If you fry it in a pan I wold suggest that you cook it very quickly, at the most three minutes per side depending on the thickness. And cut it on the bias, that's the only way it's only going to be slightly tender.

Just wash it really good. Then put a little A1 steak sauce on it for about 20 mins.Have your grill hot and ready.Or just preheat your oven to 375.Then put it in a glass dish, cut you up some onions and cover with foil.Once the fork comes out easy, its ready to eat with a little wine on the side. Can i join you?

Definately marinade this type of steak. I always marinade steaks in a good Cabernet, makes them yummy ! And ya get to drink what you don't use with dinner ! :)

Try these.
