You can use Italian salad dressing. Also McCormick's has some great ones in their Grillmates line.

1/4 cup toasted sesame oil
1/4 cup soy sauce
1/4 cup rice wine vinigar
1-2 " of fresh ginger, peeled and grated
2-3 cloves of garlic, peeled and minced
Mix all together and soak your chops, the longer the better!!!

Try this one,

plain yogurt, garlic, cillantro, mint, salt and tomato puree.

I've tried this and it's really good.

Orange marmelade and chopped cilantro thinned with orange juice. This is a zesty fresh, sweet flavor.

My favorite marinades are those made by Lawry's. The Lawry's 30 minute marinades. I often marinate my meat a whole lot more than 30 minutes. There are 16 varieties of these marinades and eventhough I haven't tried them all, I have not found a bad one. The link below shows all of the marinades and you can find recipes on the website too!

You dont need a marinade for pork chops. Just rub it good with some salt, pepper, garlic and lemon zest. Let it sit for about 2 hours or so then cook. If you cook your pork chops a little longer than normal, the meat will get softer. I usually flour the pork then brown them in a pan with olive oil, remove, saute my onions, then add the gravy. When gravy is boiling return the pork to the pan and let it simmer covered in the gravy on low to low med depending on your stove for about an hour to an hour half. Thats it. Hope this helps.
