Get a deep fryer, then some fries, onion rings, mozzarella sticks, fry up some chicken and get greasy!!! You can also make burgers, but cook them in a skillet in their own grease so they stay nice and fatty, and through some bacon on em to top it off!!! All my delicious favorite foods that I can not eat so that I don't die of health issues!

WITH fruits and vegetables would be harder!

Lard. Little preparation, lots of fat. If taste comes into it...dripping used to be popular. Bacon fat, chicken skin...all the skin is just fat, nowt else!

If you mant to say non-fattening, chicken and other lean meats are ok. Cook them without the fat or skin. But it's much better to have fruit and veg...you need the vits.
