Peanut Butter?!

Peanut Butter?

Has anyone ever seen people who are into fitness have 1 or 2 teapoons of peanut butter for a snack? I was thinking about doing that but didn't the benefits of it.

Yeah its got good amount of protein, and Amino fatty acids. These fats are healthy fats and can actually aid in fat loss in some cases.

Peanut butter is a GREAT source of protein, but is high in fat. Eating a tablespoon or two before you work out will probably help you out...but make sure it's the NATURAL PB and not JIF....it's much better for you.

Peanut butter is a great snack when working out. It can have up to 15 grams of protein per serving which is translated as extra energy.

dont know about the benefits but its the best thing that they've ever created!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I gave up on the teaspoon... I was getting too much excercise between the couch and the cupboard. Tablespoons work better. Hmmmmm. Peanut Butter.

it can be good for ya and u can even have a peanut butter sandwich with banana on the bread.

when I worked out I would have an apple and peanut butter for breakfast. It is great!
