If you go to the food network website, you should be able to find it there. They list all of that stuff.

Go to food network.com - they have all the recipes & best of all, you can keep them in an online cookbook so your favorites are always easy to find!!

Fruit Dip by Paula Deen

French Cream:

1 (8-ounce) package cream cheese
1 cup powdered sugar
1 cup whipping cream
1/4 cup granulated sugar
1 lemon, zested and juiced
Pineapple juice

Soften cream cheese and then whip with powdered sugar. Whip cream and sugar together until it forms soft peaks. Combine beaten cream cheese, whipped cream, lemon juice and zest; continue to beat, adding just enough pineapple juice to achieve desired consistency. Serve with fresh fruit tray or fruit salad.

Here's one with Cinnamon as Paula's didn't have it:

Dream Fruit Dip

12 oz. cream cheese, room temperature
1 cup confectioners’ sugar, unsifted
7 oz. jar marshmallow crème
1 cup sour cream
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
2 teaspoons almond extract

2 tablespoons cognac (optional)

In small bowl, with electric mixer, cream the cheese until soft and smooth. Add the sugar and beat until well blended. Add the sour cream and the rest of the ingredients. Blend just until well-combined. Cover and chill several hours before serving.

Greg's Mama

This is not Paula Dean's but my very simple fruit salad dressing:
1 pint sour cream
1/2 pint heavy cream whipped
confectioner's sugar - to taste
cinnamon - to taste
If you want - skip the whipping cream - just use the sour cream, sugar and cinnamon. DON'T get carried away with the cinnamon. A little bit goes a long way.
