Does anyone know how to sell a recipe?
I have been developing a pizza recipe for 7 years now. My friends and I were going to start a pizza business, but it never came though (funds from friends). Anyway, as an extremely diverse and experienced cook and foodie, I can truly say that my pizza dough recipe is as good if not better than some of the best pizzas in the world. It is crisp, chewy and very flavorful. It isn't too thick, it isn't too thin. It's perfect. I am in Portland Oregon, and if I made my pizza in a restaurant, it would be the best pizza for at least 200 miles.

Wow. That sounds good. Have you ever approached an existing pizza place in your area to see if they'd help you develop it -- you'd keep all the rights and things a secret - (like only give them the pre-made sauce or dough)
Maybe you should look into patenting/trademarking your recipe before offering it up. Locally,we have two Italian pizza places that have been fighting/suing each other over Grandma's sauce recipe for years.
