Answers:
We cook tons of stuff on the grill all year round!! Steaks, burgers, chicken, pork loin, shrimp, salmon, seafood, corn, potatoes, other veggies, pizza, etc......Use your imagination, you'll surprise yourself with what you come up with!!

Almost any food is great on the grill! Tonight I'm doing tuna steaks, but I love almost any fish on the grill. Shrimp, lamb chops, pork chops, duck, london broil, a lot of veggies,..I cook on the grill almost every night in the summer!
This is the one that I'm doing tonight...if you love tuna steaks, you should try it!
4 fresh tuna steaks, 8 ounces each, 1-inch thick
1 lemon, zested
3 sprigs fresh rosemary, about 2 tablespoons leaves stripped from stem
Handful flat leaf parsley
3 cloves garlic, crushed
Coarse salt and black pepper or grill seasoning
Extra-virgin olive oil, for cooking

Rinse and pat tuna steaks dry. Place zest on top of cutting board. Pile rosemary and parsley leaves on top of zest. Pile garlic and some coarse salt and black pepper or grill seasoning on top of herbs. Finely chop the garlic, herbs, and spices. Drizzle the olive oil over the tuna steaks just enough to coat each side. Rub herb and garlic mixture into fish, coating pieces evenly on each side. Let stand 10 minutes.
Grill tuna steaks 6 minutes on each side or 4 minutes on each side, if you prefer pink tuna at the center. Cook steaks over: high setting on indoor electric grill, medium high heat on outdoor gas grill or, 6 inches from hot, prepared charcoal.

Enjoy!!

steaks, chops, chicken, fish, brats, ribs, corn on the cob, several foil packet meals, etc.

wow, I don't know that I've ever done either of those personally ... how about some ribeye (beef or bison), chicken, veggies, lamb, fish ...

chicken, steak, fish, vegetables (eggplant, peppers, onions, zucchini, asparagus, portobellos.... just put a bit of olive oil, salt and pepper on them).

Ribs alway's works for me , I also love to throw corn with the husk in the fire until the husk is burn black ... then take it out of the fire,, potatoe's in foil,, hot dogs potatoe salad and a big green chili stuffed with cheese and put in foil until cheese melt's...... man now I am hungry for some BBQ

Steaks are great. Take a nice thick steak, about an inch and a half. A good ribeye or filet mignon are wonderful.

Salt and pepper both sides.

Make half of your grill really hot, and the half with no heat. If gas, turn only one burner on. If charcoal, put coals to one side.

Place steak over hot side to sear. Two minutes or less on each side, until nice and caramelized. Then, place steak to the non heated side and close lid. This could take up to 10 minutes, depending on the temp inside. Keep feeling for doneness.

Another great thing is pork baby back ribs. Boil your ribs first for 30 minutes until done. Then grill them on the hot grill with BBQ sauce.

You can also do corn on the cob. Husk the corn, coat with oil and cook directly on the drill.

Salmon is yummy too.

Why not slice up some eggplant or squash length-wise, drizzle it with a little olive oil and Italian dressing (or whatever your preference is), and throw it on the grill until it's cooked to your liking?? That's what I do when I'm looking for more stuff to grill before the fire dies!!
Good Luck!!

Beer But Chicken! Take a can of beer leave the beer in and add some spices and then put the chicken on the can and bake for about 3/4 hours. It comes out so moist.

Swordfish or Tuna steak. Make a marinade of mayonnaise and soy sauce.. the color should resemble a dark coffee. Let the fish sit for a few hours, and then just grill it. Amazing!

Baked potato-scrub the potatoes, stab once through.Wrap with aluminum foil and grill on medium /med low heat for about an hour-turn every 15 minutes. They start to feel soft when squeezed with tongs. The bigger the potato, the longer it takes.Great way to clean the grill if you have BBQ sauce on it from a previous meal. After the potatoes are done, all the sauce and gunk is burnt and black-just scrap it off the grill.

Actually, you can cook just about anything on the grill. Tonight I am grilling some pepper rubbed porterhouse steaks and marinated veggie kabobs. (zucchini, mushrooms, red bell pepper, and onion) I soaked them all day in Italian dressing. They are to die for!

Try different marinades with different cuts of chicken, pork, seafood, and beef. Don't forget to baste while grilling! This will change things up a bit. You can grill all sorts of veggies too. If you grill corn, the best way is to soak the corn husk and all in water overnight and place them right on the grill. This will keep the corn from burning and it steams them, and you still get the great taste of grilled corn. Just try different things and good luck to you!

I've added a web site...check it out. This should give you some great ideas!!

pork chop

one word: steak

Anything can be cooked on a grill. ANYTHING. Check out the "Barbeque! Bible" series of cookbooks by Steven Raichlen. He tells you how to do it all on the grill. Beer-Can Chicken is one of the moistest and most delicious birds you will ever eat. I've even tried two of his desserts (the Grilled Pound Cake and the Baked Hawiian), they are both excellent.
