Flour substitutes??

how much do u substitute of pancake mix for 1/4 of flour???
plz answer quickly

Kinda hard to answer - really there is not a substitute if you are making pancake batter from scratch. You have to have some type of flour. If you have some flour you can make a smaller batch of batter if that would work.

I don't understand, you are out of flour and need to make pancakes? Pancake mix is not just flour, it usually has leavening added to it, and perhaps salt and sugar. You should just get a pancake recipe and start from that...

But for that matter, pancakes can be made with cornmeal, and it's pretty good. Add a bit of it and stir it in, adding until you get a pancake batter consistancy.

You can also try using a nut flour, such as hazelnut. I bet it would be great with a vanilla syrup.. But you seem to be in a rush and the question is vague...
