How do you cook Anaheim chilies on the Weber?


Answers:
First crank the weber up to the same heat as a fighter jet on afterburners (thanks to Alton Brown). Rub chilie with oil and grill (not covered) until nearly black on all sides. Place in paper bag or covered bowl until cool. The steam makes the skins loose and easy to remove. Peel under running cool water.

rub the outside with a bit of olive oil and salt

place whole chili on the grill and turn as the skin browns
