How would you make a cake with only one egg, when it calls for three?!

Question:

How would you make a cake with only one egg, when it calls for three?

not chocolate but a yellow cake...

Answers:
well, you can use the things that vegans use to make some tasty baked desserts without eggs (believe it or not they can make some tasty cakes). for each egg called for, you can substitute any one of the following: 1/3 cup of applesauce, 1/2 small banana, 1/4 cup whipped tofu, 1/3 cup cooked pumpkin, . your end cake texture may be slightly different (thicker), but with that one egg, i'll bet it wont be too different.

uhhh you wait till you get more eggs

Don't. It will not rise properly, and won't taste right.
Go borrow some from the neighbors.

vegans sometimes use a teaspoon of baking powder to substitute for eggs. They also use a banana, or half a cup of apple sauce, but that would add a different flavor to your cake.

Mayonnaise!! Weird, yet true!! Mayo is made of eggs. If you don't believe me as far as mayo as a substitue, I use Best Foods Mayonnaise! Only the best!! Check out some of these recipes that only use 1 egg!!
