Turkey Roll or Turkey Wreath recipe?!

Question:

Turkey Roll or Turkey Wreath recipe?

At a recent pot luck, someone brought a dish that was made from crescent rolls, shaved turkey, and cheese. I think it had more in it, but I'm not sure what. It was either called turkey roll or turkey wreath (it was round like a wreath). It was SO good, and I really want the recipe.

Answers:
I am not sure if this is what you are talking about but I am sure you can exchange the ingredients for the ones you like and don't to get the same results...
Turkey Cranberry Wreath
this recipe uses a baking stone, but you could certainly do this on a cookie sheet, too. I may line it with parchment underneath, too.

2 cups chopped turkey I guess you could use shaved turkey just add a little more.
1 1/4 cups shredded swiss cheese (5 oz)
1/2 cup sliced celery- usually mince this pretty small to get it past those kiddies
1/c cup Craisins
3 Tbs snipped fresh parsley
1/2 cup mayo
2 Tbs honey Dijon mustard- usually i just have regular Dijon
1/2 tsp coarse ground black pepper
1 egg white, beaten lightly
2 packages of crescent rolls, separated into triangles

Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Combine turkey, 1 cup of cheese, celery, cranberries, parsley, mayo, mustard and pepper in a large bowl.
Scoop filling evenly over desired shape (see note below); finish shape as directed. Brush with egg white over the crescent rolls and sprinkle with remaining cheese.
Bake 20-25 minutes or until golden brown.
