Question:

What is half of 3tsp.?

im tryin 2bake a cake but dont want all the ingredeants and wanna cut them in half

Answers:
1 1/2 tsp or 1/2 TBSP

one and 1/2 tsp

well...you can't just cut out some ingredients while making a cake...it won't come out a cake...but whatever you want... half of 3 tsp is 1 and a half teaspoons..you need to go to some home economics and math classes...

1 tsp plus a 1/2 tsp, which should also be a separate "spoon" in the group. Otherwise, take one full teaspoon, put into the recipe, and then fill it again only 1/2 way.

if you cut all the ingredients in half ithe cake will be fine, and it is 1/2 tablespoon.

1.5 tsp (1 1/2 tsp, or 1/4 oz.).
The real problem is that not all recipes can just be cut in half (something about the chemical reactions that happen between the all the ingredients and the heat). It might be just fine, but you might want to consult with someone that knows more about baking before you try it. Of course you could try muddleing through it yourself and have it turn out just fine.
Lots of luck!

you might also want to watch the baking time - if you mess around with ingredient substitutes or change quantities, your baking time may change!

are you trying to come out with an undersized cake or something? cuz i dont think it will work. but that would be 1.5 tsp. use your calculator

half of 3 teaspoons is 1.5 (one and a half) teaspoon

As everyone else has said so far 1 1/2 teaspoons should do it. You can get measuring spoons which you fill with the appropriate ingredient and flatten it off in the measure. That should give you greater accuracy all round.
