How do you make "cashew paste" for indian curries?


Answers:
Wash & soak the cashew in luke warm water for about 15 minutes,spin in liquidiser,till it is a smooth paste ,additional water can be added if needed to make grinding easier.This makes a paste suitable for curries.

Soak cashew in water(if u r in hurry then use luke warm water) for sometime then grind it into smooth paste & use it.
