Tasty ideas for frozen sweetcorn?!

Question:

Tasty ideas for frozen sweetcorn?

I know about frying them,i want to know something different. And maybe a little spicy

Answers:
I'm not sure if you are talking about "corn on the cob" or cut off the cob...in separate kernels.
Here are two ideas for both:

For corn on the cob....peel back the husks of the corn but do not remove the shucks...remove the silks the long silky strands...then take some melted butter, squeeze of lime....red cayenne pepper ground....paint this all over the corn..then fold up the green husks...roll each one in aluminum foil and bake in the oven or lay on the grill to cook. Salt after you open the package to eat....

for the cut off the cob corn kernels do this....
chop some red and green sweet peppers into bite size pieces and saute in butter with a little chopped onion....then add about 1/3 cup water and steam...until tender but do not overcook...season with salt and black pepper cumin and chile powder...and a pinch of sugar....

Hope this helps hugs from Mama Jazzy Geri
