The difference of cooking time in oven with microwave?

I was reading a food recipe in which it was mentioned its cooking time in over as 180 degree centigrade heat and 30 minutes , if I want to cook that food in microwave, how much time it requires to make the food cooked in microwave?

I am not sure of the excat formula, but I believe that oven uses convection to heat the food and the microwave uses electromagnetic waves to heat up the water in the food.
