Yes it exists!
But it will not add very much to your vitamin and minerals balance. It is tasteless and odorless too.
It's more of an exclusiveness, something to impress your guests with, or the one who publishes the photographs of your cookings.
They are usually available in thin sheets, known as Gold-leaf books.
Narrow ribbons and powder are also sold (Look for it in specialized paint and decoration shops).
Or go to your liquor dealer and ask for "Danziger Goldwasser" Shake the bottle well before you sprinkle it over your dish, and see for yourself.

Spice gold? Never heard of it. Maybe you mean saffron which costs more than gold.

if your talkin about the legal high no i personaly have not. But im told that the effects are quite lifting and enjoyable :)
