What is a good way to cook ginger root?!
What is a good way to cook ginger root?
My friend at work said it is soooo good (she is an indian nurse) and then she had to take off of work due to family issues but she never told me how to cook it. She did say to fry it but I really need to use a recipe to follow. Thanks for your help.

Errrr ginger root should be used in pretty much the same way you use something like garlic. Skin it, chop it up fine and stir fry with pork, chicken etc...
Or you can leave ginger to steep in some water for nausea or a refreshing and healthy hot drink.
Slice it really thin (like for potato chips) and then deep fat fry it.
