Answers:
Dave's comes out with a special edition from time to time. A few years back (1999) they came out with a Limited Special Edition Reserve called colloquially "Dave's Double Insanity". It came in a wooden coffin wrapped in caution tape. I had to sign a realease to get it on my wings.

...it was hot.

The hottest thing I have ever had was wasabi sauce. It's the green sauce they include with sushi. Its not hot when you first taste it but it has a way of tearing its way through your sinus cavity and making you cry. I suggest moderation and extreme caution with this stuff....it hurts!!

The radishes I grew in my garden - YIKES they were ~HOT~.

At the AJROTC Ball last year we made something called a Grog where each unit within the program pour one item into a punch bowl and we mixed it all together. One of the units poured an entire bottle of hot sauce into the bowl and as the Vice President of the Ball, I had to drink from it first. I immediately started to sweat and momentarily lost my voice.

Habaneros...yes they are spicy hot but I didn't think it was the spiciest thing I ever ate. Vinegar cured serrano peppers served at room temperature are oh so damn hot as well...excellent flavor but damn they were FIYA!!!

Back when I was trying to learn to cook, I tried to make horseradish mashed potatoes. I didn't think a tsp was enough, so I put in FOUR TBSP of RAW horseradish. My mouth was on fire, my sinuses hurt, my eyes watered, and my stomach was horrible! I almost threw up from the heat.

Mad Dog 357 Hot Sauce- made with 6 million scoville unit pepper extract. I had it in New Mexico, where I had to take a challenge to keep a toothpick dipped of the stuff in my mouth for 5 minutes. I couldn't cry or puke. I could take the toothpick out of my mouth if i needed to.
I ended up being the only person every to keep the toothpick in for the whole 5 minutes and won the challenge.
However, I hickupped for a half hour afterwards.
