Well theres lot of recipes on the food network site...

We use the back of the Jiffy bake box it has a recipe for pancakes and waffles and biscuits. It tastes so good.

It sounds like you're new at this so I'll go into some detail.

You don't have to make them from scratch...go get large "just add water" Bisquick or Krusteaz pancake mix from your supermarket. Properly mix the batter and make sure the griddle (or a big flat skillet) is hot. I'd say medium heat is good. I like to coat the griddle with a lil bit of oil to prevent the pancakes from sticking. Pour enough mix to make the pancakes 6-8 inches big. The pancake mix should sizzle a little bit when you pour it. Let it sit for awhile. You'll start to see air bubbles come up. Once the air bubbles begin popping...wait a few seconds. Then, with your spatula, turn it over. It should look nice & golden brown. Wait a few seconds (about 15) then take it off. If you put too much oil the pancake will look brown with light streaks all over...don't worry, they'll still taste great. It might take a pancake or two before you get the hang of it. Good Luck!

I use Bisquick. The recipe is on the box, they are light, fluffy and delicious!
