Answers:
The rope sausage, and potatoes.
Slice the rope sausage and peel and slice potatoes, add onions, green peppers salt and pepper to taste a little butter and put in a skillet with water just to the brim and let it all cook down in one skillet until potatotes are soft and the sausages are done. Fabulous.
1 can kidney bean
1/2 lb minced meat
2 tomatoes
1 onion
2 garlic cloves
1 garlic (about an inch)
salt, pepper, salsa
1. heat up vegetable oil
2. add the onion (chopped) and the minced meat together
3. add some salt, garlic (chopped), ginger (chopped)
4. Cook for 5 minutes
5. Add 2 cups of water and then cook for about 25 minutes in high heat (give it a quick stir now and then)
6. Add the canned beans, salsa and chopped green bell pepper
7. If you want your chili to be less thick then add a can of tomato soup
8. Add the last onion
9. ENJOY WITH TORTILLA CHIPS
1. Muffin pizzas - line a muffin pan with packaged biscuits (like Pillsbury). Brown ground beef and mix with pizza sauce. Top biscuits with mozzarella cheese.
2. Tacos or fajitas
3. Poor man's steak - make burger patties but mix in broken up Ritz crackers. Brown and drain grease. Pour beef gravy over top and let simmer a few moments.
4. Kilbasi and sauerkraut in the crock pot
5. Italian sausage - place on bun and top with onions and peppers and some warmed up tomato sauce.
6. Kilbasi and pineapple and mushrooms on skewers and cooked on the grill.
This is what I am making tonight. I buy frozen chopped onions and green peppers to save time and to always have them on hand.
Quick Chili
1 can drained and rinsed Kidney beans
1 can drained and rinsed Black beans
1 can drained and rinsed White beans
1 can diced tomatoes (including juice)
1 can whole kernel corn, drained and rinsed
1 Onion chopped
1 green pepper chopped
1 LB ground turkey (or hamburger)
Chili Powder and garlic powder to taste
Brown the turkey or beef in a skillet, skim off fat, and add to a large pot. Soften the onions with a little oil so they do not stick in the same skillet and add to the large pot. Dump in everything else. You might need to add a little bit of water so the ingredients are just about covered in juices. Heat the whole thing and cook for ten to fifteen minutes (you can also get it together in the morning and let it cook all day in the crock pot) the longer you let it cook the better it will taste. You can serve as is, or thicken it a bit with some corn starch. I make it really spicy and serve topped with cheddar cheese and corn chips.

When I'm stuck and I need something quick and easy, I do TACOS! (20 minutes/ cook and prep)
Just fry up a pound of ground beef with some chili powder and cumin (onions, too, if you want).
Chop up some lettuce, tomatoes, and onions
Grate some cheddar
Whip out a package of tortillas
Set out some salsa or ketchup
And there you have it. Quick, easy, healthy and barely any clean-up!
