Answers:
You can buy premade and formed pizza crust in the store by the pizza sauce. Some come with sauce packets. I buy the ones that do and then add some more tomato paste, sugar and seasonings to get the taste we want. Load up with your cheese and toppings and your good to go.

My sister made this one, and it was absolutely fantastic...

1. 1 (1 pound) loaf frozen white bread dough, thawed
2. 1 tablespoon olive oil
3. salt to taste
4. 1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
5. 1 sprig fresh basil, chopped
6. 1 1/2 teaspoons minced fresh rosemary
7. 3/4 cup Italian tomato sauce
8. 4 ounces crumbled goat cheese
9. 2 sprigs fresh basil, chopped

1. Allow dough to rise in a covered bowl until doubled in bulk.
2. Preheat oven to 425 degrees F (220 degrees C).
3. Roll the dough on a floured surface into a 15-inch circle. Roll the edges towards the center to form a crust, leaving a 12-inch circle. Brush the entire crust generously with olive oil, and sprinkle with salt, pepper, 1 sprig of chopped basil, and rosemary. Bake in preheated oven until the crust begins to turn golden, 8 to 10 minutes.
4. Spread the crust with tomato sauce. Sprinkle with 2 sprigs of chopped basil and goat cheese. Bake in preheated oven until the crust is brown, and the pizza has heated through, about 8 more minutes.

I am making whole wheat pizza crust tonight!
Here's what I do for a thin crust:
1 1/8 tsp yeast ( if you are using those yeast packets, a whole one might be too much for this recipe because I do thin crust- not sure though- you'd have to experiment)
1/2 c. hot water
pinch of sugar
Stir that up and let sit for about 10 minutes
Add 1 cup whole wheat flour, some olive oil and whatever else you like in your crust- I add roasted garlic, basil and parmesan.
Mix that up and form a ball- if it's sticky add a little flour

let that sit for about 15 minutes - longer if you want
then roll it out on a well-floured surface.
I preheat the oven to 500 with the pizza stone in the oven.
after the dough is rolled out I transfer it to the stone which is pretty tricky-
I bake it like that for about 3-4 minutes, then add the toppings and bake for another 7-8 minutes.

Hi Calli, try this one you wont regret it!
Greek Pizza with Spinach, Feta and Olives

I actually made an awesome veggie pizza last night, but it's not exactly what you described.

I started with my own dough:
1 package yeast
1 cup warm water
1 tablespoon sugar
3 1/2 cups flour
2 tsp. salt

Mix the yeast, water, and sugar in a bowl and allow it to sit for about five minutes until it gets frothy. Then mix in flour and salt and knead for a few minutes. Allow it to rise in a warm place until it's doubled in bulk (about 2 hours). Punch down, divide into two balls and allow to rise for another hour or so. Spread out on a cookie sheet covered with olive oil and fold edges to form a crust. You can use a combo of white and wheat flours if you like, but the wheat ones will be a bit more dense.

I usually use whatever veggies are in season, but last night I spread the dough with store bought pesto. I sauteed together mushrooms, onions, garlic, and zucchini and spread that on the pesto. Then I covered it with grated mozzarella cheese and topped that with slices tomatoes and yellow bell peppers. It's awesome. I just had some leftovers for lunch!

Have fun and try experimenting around with different veggies until you find one you like. My friends love putting eggplant on theirs, but I'm not a big fan. Also, different cheeses really make a difference and you could play around with using different sauces as well. Good luck!
