Question:

How do I bbq kabobs without burning the sticks?

Answers:
Soak them in H2O for about a half hour.

First put the kabobs on the grill then u put the kabobs on the stick

brush them with olive oil

Soak them in water for a while.

before you put your stuff on the sticks soak them in water until completely satuated

I soak my wooden sticks in water at least an hour prior to putting the meat and veg. on them and they dont seem to burn.

Soak the sticks in water for at least 30 minutes before putting the meat and vegetables on them. It doesn't always protect them completely, but helps a lot.

first, soak them in water for at least 20 minutes, this will keep them from splintering. Second I put a little foil on both ends of mine once I have all my meat and veg on the sticks, this will keep them from burning.

Buy metal sticks.

Soak them in water first.

Soaking the skewers makes them moist, so they will not burn when you put them on the grill.

soak the sticks in water first.. over night or at least an hour.

soak them in water first

I bought a barbecue set that came with metal sticks with wood handles that stuck out the side of the grill so burning was not a oroblem, but when I had the wood sticks, I soaked them in water first

The only Thing you can do is soaking the Sticks in Water for about an Hour !!!!!!!

I use the metal skewers. Just spray them with non stick spray. Once you have them put together spray again. Works great for us.

All you have to do is soak your sticks in water. Better yet, buy some metal ones. Good Luck

soak them first or for added flavor use fresh tyhme stems in there place
