Havent you ever seen a Rocky movie?? They say its bad for you, but only when you do it alot. Just don't turn alcoholic, and this time will be fine!

then stick to Kahlua, YUMMY!!!!

Here's a simple recipe that is really good
NO EGG BAILEY'S IRISH CREAM

1 14oz can sweetened condensed milk
1 cup half & half
1 cup irish whiskey
1 1/2-2 tsp chocolate flavored syrup (like for coffee, not ice cream)
1/16-1/8 tsp coconut extract

Mix all by hand, nonmetal utensils. Store in fridge.

You just want to make sure that the eggs are super fresh, and not ones that have been sitting in your fridge for 3 weeks! I make homemade Baileys all the time, and haven't got anyone sick off of em yet!
