If you like spicey youll love this it is a dip but we love it on our burgers

Sí Sí Cilantro? Spicy Dip Mix

1/2 cup sour cream

Directions
Combine ingredients; blend well. Chill 2 hours. Makes about 1 cup dip.

I don't know about you but I loooove honey mustard. here's my recipe for it...it is better than store bought!

about 1 cup mayo (more or less depending on # of ppl)
1/2 cup mustard
mix well

start adding honey (while mixing) until it is a golden color.

SOOOO YUMMY!!!

(P.S. Good on burgers as well as grilled chicken sandwiches, chicken strips, french fries, etc!)

Try lime and a little horseradish. You'll need just a pinch of sugar to offset the bitterness in the horseradish.

Mayo can serve as a base for many sauces, but it will mute the flavors of those things with which it is mixed. I've mixed Vietnamese pepper sauce, wasabi, and horseradish (separately, not together) into mayo and had great results.

Alton Brown (a chef with his own show on the Food Network) recommended placing a layer of mayo on the bottom bun, placing a warm burger directly on it, and then "dressing" everything else between the top bun and the burger. His explanation was that the mayo, the burger's juices, and the heat would interact to create a "sauce" right there.

Another idea is to make your own ketchups, mustards, and mayos in the store, rather than using name brands. The fresh sauces really do taste better, but they are more work.

Finally, if it is going to be a barbecue, check out the link below. It will give you so many ideas. Good luck!

Mix a little tabasco or red pepper sauce in your mayo. MMMmmmm!

I've used this before with success. Equal parts of mayonnaise, ketchup and ball park mustard ... aka "French's" ... with some sweet pickle relish and minced onion with a dash of "Tabasco" to taste. Too, you might want to adjust either the mayonnaise, ketchup or mustard to your own taste. Personally, I prefer a little less mustard but my 'significant other' prefers heavier on the mustard.

cup real mayo 1/4 cup ketchup 1/4 cup chopped onion 1/4 cup of sweet baby pickles and a dash of hot sauce preferably Pete

you can do do pesto mayo, sun dried tomatoe mayo,or horseradish maylo

Try this one....

Chipotle Mayo

1 cup 5 min 5 min prep

1/2 cup mayonnaise (or light)
1/2 cup sour cream (or light)
1/4 teaspoon dried oregano leaves, to taste
2 chilies (from a tin of Chipotle Chiles in Adobo Sauce)

Remove 2 chiles from tin of chipotles in adobo sauce and finely chop; letting some adobo sauce cling to chiles is recommended.
In a bowl, whisk together chiles with oregano, mayo and sour cream.
Cover and refrigerate until chilled, about 1 hour; this lets flavours blend.
