I prepare a dish every Christmas & Thanksgiving that everyone loves.
Basically,it is nothing but mini marshmallows, shredded coconut & marischino cherrys, suspended in plain old cool whip!We call it Ambrosia!
I make mine with real whipped cream & I think it tastes better, but coolwhip saves time.

My grandmother always made this:
RolyPolys
Make any pie crust that you like. Roll out, sprinkle with sugar and cinnamon, roll the pie crust up carefully. Slice about 1 inch pieces. Bake on very lightly oiled pan at about 350F.
These don't take long, so watch them, you don't want them browned, just crisp. After they are done make a powdered sugar thin glaze and drizzle on them.. These are better than most cookies and are fast and so simple!
