You can also try Wilton's or just a cake dec. store in general, alot of times they will just rent them out.

Look in the phone book under catering hire services or catering hire, in and around the town that you live in and go from there. Or, most cookery shops have a section for cake decorations and you should be able to get things that you need from there.
