Can banana bread/muffins be frozen?!

Question:

Can banana bread/muffins be frozen?

Answers:
Wrap each muffin or loaf individually in plastic wrap, I use Press N' Seal. Then wrap the group of muffins or the loaf in heavy duty aluminum foil. You can freeze them for up to two months without the taste changing.

I raised three children and have been freezing "goodie" for 35 years.

Yes. We've done both with good results.

yes, when you take it out of your freezer, just put bread into the toaster oven. It will be as good as fresh.

I FREEZE ANYTHING, THE BANANA MAY GO A LITTLE DARKER THOUGH

Yes they can, try using apple sauce in your recipe instead of butter. They taste amazing and not they are lower in fat and lower in calories and they stay moist.

As everyone has said yes it can

I've done it many times, just don't try to defrost them in the microwave. They dry out.
