What goes good with grilled cheese?!

Question:

What goes good with grilled cheese?

My daughter and her kids are coming for dinner tonight. What should I serve with grilled cheese sandwiches, which is what she suggested we have for dinner. The kids are 7 and 1. I would like to serve something somewhat healthy and inviting for the kids and the grownups. Not chips and chocolate milk, that doens't sound good to me or healthy for the kids.

Answers:

PS - your shouldn't be giving the kids grilled cheese sandwiches for dinner... unless it's whole wheat bread and non-processed cheese. You are setting them up for the fast food marathon that most Americans are running every day. What's the rush? Go slow and show them that it's fun to stay at the table with the adults.
