Vanilla or Chocolate?!

Question:

Vanilla or Chocolate?

which one's healthier?..or less bad for you?

Answers:
Pure, dark chocolate in it's almost original form (that is...no milk, sugar, etc...) is very good for your body (especially your heart.) Though, this treat is kind of an acquired taste, because it's kind of bitter.

By the way, there's hardly any fat in chocolate when it's in its purest form. Look at the nutrition facts on a dark chocolate bar, and a milk chocolate bar. There's a biiiig difference.

Edit: Wow, people need to do their research, especially since, like vanilla, chocolate also comes from a plant (the cacao (sp?) plant specifically...)

Both are good, i like vanilla better. probably vanilla. candy bad for teeth

vanilla is better for you (but chocolate tastes better)

Vanilla

chocolate if u get dark chocolate with 70percent cacao and not so much added ingredients

dark chocolate

chocolate is better because it has more flavor, and it gives you that omega 3 fatty acids that keep you warm

vanilla is better for you... chocolate is just good for your taste buds

Chocolate as long as it is a dark chocolate. It boost your immune system, and energy. Vanilla just taste good.

Depends on the recipe that you are using.

For example, if you are eating a cake with frosting then both vanilla and chocolate are equally bad.

But if you want to replace chocolate on a dessert with a little vanilla essence then I guess the vanilla is better.

They say Dark Choc is better for you..But come on are you really thinking of your health anytime you but candy into your mouth.. If you are going to eat something with fat in it..MAke sure it's something you want ..Yes they say Dark Choc but really how much better is it really???? You are still eating candy???

Either one, depands on if you get low fat or not...

VANILLA is healthier-no sugar and no fat plus it's a vegtable of sorts since it's a plant extract from the seed of a legume, the vanilla bean.Orchid seeds exactly.

I think vanilla is less bad for you.

Idk but I like chocolate. ?
