How to roll a sandwich wrap or a burrito.?!

Question:

How to roll a sandwich wrap or a burrito.?

I am planning to make some ham and/or turkey wrapped sandwiches. I am rolling them in the tortillo shells but I need to know how to roll them so they won't come apart. Also, which shells are the best that will last longer. If anyone has a site where it shows a diagram that would be awesome.

Answers:
Add the ingredients you want, but this is the basic idea
Tortilla Pinwheels

Ingredients:

***Filling:***
8 ounces dairy sour cream
1 (8 oz.) pkg cream cheese, softened
1 (4 oz) can diced green chilies, well drained
1 (4 oz) can chopped black olives, well drained
1 cup grated cheddar cheese
1/2 cup chopped green onion
Garlic powder to taste
Seasoned salt to taste
***
5 (10 inch) flour tortillas
Fresh parsley for garnish
Salsa

Directions:
Mix all the filling ingredients together thoroughly.

Divide the filling and spread evenly over the tortillas; roll up tortillas. Cover tightly with plastic wrap, twisting ends; refrigerate for several hours. Unwrap; cut in slices 1/2 inch to 3/4 inch thick. Discard ends. Lay pinwheels flat on glass serving plate; garnish with parsley. Leave space in center of plate for small bowl of salsa, if desired.

push n roll

Put the filling in the center in a long straight line - but not all the way to the edges. Then fold one side over to cover the filling. Then fold in both short edges. Then roll over the other side. You can warm up the burrito shells in the microwave (the package will tell you how long it takes), which will make them easier to roll and they won't rip so easily. Enjoy.

I say use a corn tortilla shell. not only do they taste the best, but they're somewhat has a "stickY" substance on it that will help it stay together. Well, but your ingredients in the corn tortilla, and wrap it up , (fold in the sides (two sides) take one of the other two sides and roll it, keeping the first two side folds folded. Lastly, take a toothpick *one of the sandwich toothpicks* and then keep it togeter, honestly..no tortilla can really hold itself. good luck!

First roll them but make sure they ate not too tight otherwise theys break apart. Then fold the two sides and stick three toothpicks in them. Two on the side folds and one on the rolled fold. But make sure you tell people who are eating the wraps that you hace three toothpicks. The best thing is to make some ducttape flags and to put them on the toothpicks.

Have fun

Hi there.. my advice would be to make them more square shape than longer... by bulking up on the filling in the middle and the tucking in all four corners (or u know wot I mean)

Or if you want to make them long ways why not toast them slightly on a sandwich maker - this will seal them once u tuck in both ends!!

g'luck...

spray the tortillas on both sides with PAM, and stick them in the oven for about 4 minutes, this will make them pliable so they won't crack. put a dab of cream cheese or mayo along the outer edge of the tortilla so that it will ahdere to itself. don't overstuff with filling - that's a common mistake. they'll come apart for sure if you use to much stuff. start the roll very small & tight. refrigerate the rolls without cutting for at least 30 minutes (or freeze for about 15) so they will hold their shapes. If you're making pinwheels, cut the uneven ends off & discard (or eat them yourself), and then slice the rools into 1" sections.
