GOOD 'N EASY PIZZA DOUGH
FOR DOUGH:
1 pkg. active dry yeast
1 c. warm water (105 to 115 degrees)
1 tsp. sugar
1 tsp. salt
2 tbsp. salad oil
2 1/2 c. flour
If using self-rising flour, omit salt in dough.) Note: Unbleached flour can be used in this recipe.
Dissolve yeast in warm water. Stir in remaining dough ingredients; beat vigorously, about 20 strokes. Allow dough to rest (about 5 minutes).
Heat oven to 425 F degrees OR 200 c
Here is a fairly quick and easy one.
INGREDIENTS
1 (.25 ounce) package active dry yeast
1 teaspoon white sugar
1 cup warm water (110 degrees F/45 degrees C)
2 1/2 cups bread flour
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 teaspoon salt
DIRECTIONS
Preheat oven to 450 degrees F (230 degrees C). In a medium bowl, dissolve yeast and sugar in warm water. Let stand until creamy, about 10 minutes.
Stir in flour, salt and oil. Beat until smooth. Let rest for 5 minutes.
Turn dough out onto a lightly floured surface and pat or roll into a round. Transfer crust to a lightly greased pizza pan or baker's peel dusted with cornmeal. Spread with desired toppings and bake in preheated oven for 15 to 20 minutes, or until golden brown. Let baked pizza cool for 5 minutes before serving.

My husband makes this yeast free crust for his pizzas. He's not one for waiting and he hates working for yeast. I've found that it tastes like foccacia crust, and makes the pizza taste SO GOOD!!! Simply add the meat and vegetable toppings of your choice.”
When I make it for him, I like to play with the recipe a little. I mix some extra spices into the dough, as well as garlic, parmesan cheese, and asiago cheese. I also substitute a little of the all purpose flour for wheat flour to make it a little bit healthier.
INGREDIENTS
1 cup all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon dried oregano
1/8 teaspoon black pepper
2 eggs, lightly beaten
2/3 cup milk
DIRECTIONS
Preheat oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C). Lightly grease a rimmed pizza pan or baking sheet.
In a large bowl, stir together flour, salt, oregano and black pepper. Mix in eggs and milk; stir well. Pour batter into prepared pan and tilt until evenly coated. Arrange toppings of choice on top of batter.
Bake in preheated oven for 20 to 25 minutes, until crust is set.
Remove crust from oven. Drizzle on pizza sauce and sprinkle on cheese. Bake until cheese is melted, about 10 minutes.
