i have ground beef, buns,and seasoning i just need steps

mix the seasoning w/the meat...form into a patty (not too thick as it will take a long long time to cook) have your frying pan hot when you put the meat in (it helps the sear the meant and keep juices inside) when the sides of the burger look brown, flip it. flip it only once...let it cook for a bit longer , press down on the meat with a spatula and when the juices run CLEAR it is done...IF you are going to add cheese, once the burger is done flip it and put the cheese on...this way the cheese melts better
I use the plastic from the buns and cut it open to make a sheet. I fold it in half and place a large meat ball in between and flatten it out with a rolling pin. I then place the patty in the pan with a little oil and sprinkle some seasoning or pepper on it for taste.
Once the patty is cooked,I drain out the grease and warm the buns in the same pan(one at a time).
Ground meat
1 pkg dry Lipton onion soup mix
1 onion
1 bell pepper
salt, pepper and garlic powder!
mix together and make patties!!! GOOOD

I would mix the hamburger and seasoning together, mix well with your hands but please remember to wash up first . Then make up your patty's however big or small you like them , When making your patty's you should take your two thumbs and press in the middle of the patty to make a little dip , sometimes hamburger patty's get a bulge in the center , the dip prevents that from happening. Grill 3 to 4 minutes each side and Enjoy . Tip: Add some Tabasco or whose shire sauce to your mix , It tastes great!!
