Best steamed shrimp?!

Question:

Best steamed shrimp?

I'm looking for a great steamed shrimp recipe. I love steamed covered in Old Bay and I was wondering if there was some special way to cook it?

Answers:
When I do my shrimp with old bay, I use about 2 cups of water per the first 2 pounds of it...sprinkle in some old bay, a couple of lemon wedges, a clove or two of crushed garlic, a couple slices of onion....Bring this all to a boil and simmer about 10 minutes, to get the flavors to marry. Make sure it is back to a full boil before adding shrimp.
Add the shrimp, cover, and immediately remove from heat.
Leave covered for 10 minutes and your shrimp should be perfectly seasoned & cooked. Drain and enjoy!!

I combine 4 cups water, 1/2 cup white wine vinegar, 2-3 tsp kosher salt, 1 tsp pepper and 1 - 2 tbsp. old bay. The variations are up to how salty and spicy you like it. For a dipping sauce I combine 2 tbsp butter, 2 tsp lemon juice, 1/4 tsp salt and 1 tsp minced garlic and put it in the microwave for 30 seconds to a full minute. It's delicious! :o)
Oops! My bad...When the mixture comes to a boil, throw the shrimp in, I usually use frozen raw deveined, but not peeled, shrimp and it takes about 5 minutes. If yours are fresh, don't cook more than 3 or 4 minutes.

Any recipe questions go to Marthastewart.com man she knows how to cook everything. I don't steam my shrimp I sautee them in a skillet with butter, garlic, and a little parsley flakes on top they are realy good. Also, you should try grilled shrimp the same way and dip it in a litte bbq sauce it taste so good.
