Those pillsbury cookies that come in a big loaf shaped roll and you slice and bake yourself. I know that sounds lame but they are really good and they come in enough flavors for everyone. Another suggestion is buying a brownie mix and all you add is like eggs and water and maybe butter. They are also one of my favorites. Hope I helped.

This is super simple and pretty and delicious

Pistachio Pie

It's so light and fluffy and good.

Pineapple upside down cake----anybody can make that. You just go get a box of yellow cake mix, can diced or crushed pineapple, butter and some brown sugar. Melt a half a stick of butter in the bottom of your cake pan then sprinkle the brown sugar on the top enough to cove the butter but not soke it all up then drain your pineapple and put on top of the brown sugar, then make your cake mix and pour over the top of the mix in the pan bake according to the box. Let it cool and flip it over out of the pan you may put some cherry's on top if you'd like.

strawberry shortcake
since strawberries are in season now, cut some up really fine and sprinkle some sugar on them. They will form their own syrup. Put the strawberries on shortcakes and top with whipped cream.

Some of the best desserts don't require any 'cooking' at all ... but if you want to have something that 'looks really good' as well as is 'tasty' and 'low calorie' then try getting a 'melon baller' and making two or three kinds of 'melon balls' that you can mix up and 'freeze' in 'dessert dishes' and take out and 'dress them up' with a sprig of mint leaves ... and if you want, you can add some 'topping' of a fruit-flavored or 'plain but sweetened' yogurt.

Let the ice cream sit out for a few minutes to soften up, spread the ice cream into the pie crust, then if using a candy such as Heath I like to buy a couple of Heath bars, break them up and sprinkle them on top, then cover and freeze until ready to devour.

It has recipes for quite a few tasty desserts that can be prepared easily from home ..

This one requires no cooking!

Ingredients:
1 store-bought Angel Food Cake
1 (8 ounce) package of cream cheese (softened)
1 can of condensed milk
1 (8 ounce) container of Cool Whip
Blueberries or chopped strawberries or both

Directions:
Very Important: WASH YOUR HANDS! Now, tear the angel food cake into small pieces and put into a large bowl. Add condensed milk and cream cheese. Mix it all together with your hands very well until it's all blended together. Press the mixture into the bottom of a casserole dish (probably a 2 quart or 9X13 inch dish). Spread Cool Whip over the top of this mixture! (YES, the WHOLE container!) Top with strawberries or blueberries. Refrigerate until it's time to serve it!
This is a great summertime dessert!
