With eggs i hope!

use two teaspoons of water for every egg you use and preheat skillet before you put butter or spray Pam in it . This will prevent eggs from sticking to pan or you scorching butter. Don't cook with heat no higher than med-hi . Be inventive and try different ingredients . cook ingredients before adding to eggs.

first turn the oven 2 like 5 if u have the numbers like that if not just the middle temp then crack about 3 eggs/ per person put salt/ pepper if you would like to then whisk put mixture into pan then after one side is cooked flip it over then put in ingredients like cheese, ham, peppers, etc.on half of side facing up then flip over other half facing up over half with ingridients then u have n omlet enjoy

Scramble 3 eggs with a bout 2 tablespoons milk in a bowl. Heat a small nonstick skillet on the stove on medium high heat. pour the eggs into the skillet and let cook without stirring moving the skillet around to evenly cook the eggs. When the eggs are somewhat firm on the bottom add your ingredients to the top of the eggs ie cheese, onions, ham, peppers, mushrooms, whatever you wish in it. then put your spatula under one side of the omlette and flip it so that it is now folded in half. Cook about a minute or 2 longer so the cheese is melted inside and the slide the whole thing onto your plate. Practice this and enjoy!

Here is how Julie Childs did it and in my experience it is the best and tastiest way. First you must believe that the best tasting egg is a raw egg, and it is.

Two tablespoons butter in a omelet skillet
Scramble 3 eggs with just about a teaspoon of water.
When the butter is melted and starts to sizzle over med high heat, pour in the eggs, stir and scramble (I shake the skillet at the same time) just as if you are making scrambled eggs. When the eggs are about half cooked and just starting to set, stop scrambling. Add your filling, turn off heat and roll onto your plate. I do this just when the top of the omelet is just slightly runny as folding over will finish the cooking but not over cook. The omelet should never be browned. This should only take three minutes from pouring the eggs into the omelet pan to rolling on to the plate. Anything longer and you have over cooked.
