A splash of "liquid smoke," just enough some mayo to keep it all bound together, some cooked peas and a little minced celery and onions.

Serving suggestion 1: on toasted bread with lettuce and tomato. Mayo and/or Dijon's mustard to taste. It's a local favorite here in the Florida Panhandle.

Serving suggestion 2: On crakers, carrots, or celery.

Of course, we use fresh yellow fin tuna, but I've done it with canned tuna. It's still wonderful.

1 can Tuna, Mayonnaise, Mustard, Sweet Relish, and finely chopped onion.
Put the tuna in a bowl, and add (mix well) the other ingredients to your taste.
You can also add a boiled egg if you like.
It is the same basic recipe for tuna salad, egg salad, and potato salad, just put eggs or potatoes in place of the tuna. It is all about making it to your taste.
Hope it helps.
