Not a house party but a block party....fun. Or they may keep in the fridge for sometime. Donate to your local homeless shelter, soup kitchen, etc.
How long ago did you discover it? If you have a couple days, you can put them in mac and cheese, ramen, carbonara, a lot of things besides having plain hot dogs in buns. And if you like or want to get to know your neighbors...take the rest of them over!
have a party or ask a neighbor for help
slice them or make deep fried hot dogs with sticks...tasts grt with sauce or any dip.

Eating Contest
Either have an eating contest, or toss em.
i would try putting them in pork and beans. slice them first. the easiest way to do this is to pulse in a food processor, or lay about ten at a time and slice them all at once. pour into plastic covered bowls and freeze. the next time you want some , just heat up. make your own " beenie weenies". i do!!!.hope this helps.
Cook them, sell them, donate the money. Or donate them.

2)get 2 big onions,6 big green pepper,2 tomatoes,and slice them separately
3)slice Ur hot dogs
4)get a hot pane and put a 1\4 a cup of any kind of oil
5)first but the onions for about 2 min, then add the green pepper, and a table spoon of minced garlic,,after another 3 min,add the hot dogs and the tomatoes, let them on the stove for another 3 min.
6)now u can turn the heat off
7)for the final touch add salt and pepper
