Hi !!!
I have made these mints for years...ENJOY!!
*You can also roll them into a small ball & then press out to form a wafer (I use a drinking glass bottom) & then, if you like, imprint a "hand-drawn" design onto the wafer.
"Cream Cheese Mints"
1- 3 ounce package of cream cheese
Powdered Sugar
Food Color
Flavoring (most popular: peppermint)
Rubber Candy Mold
Knead cream cheese until softened. Add a few
drops of desired flavor and color. Knead in 2 1/4
to 2 1/2 cups powdered sugar. Pinch a small
piece and roll into a ball. Roll the ball in
granulated sugar and push into a rubber mold.
Remove any excess candy. Push another glob
of the candy against candy in the mold to pull
molded candy from mold. Store in an airtight
container in the refrigerator. Place waxed
paper in between each layer. Serve room
temperature.

Those mints you find in urinals will work in a pinch.
yes, I can
I can't find my recipe right now sorry, but this is a guestimate:
2 cups confectioners sugar
1/4 cup butter
2 Tbsp. Corn syrup
1 tsp. peppermint flavoring
1/2 tsp. choice of food coloring
Mix well, roll into balls, sprinkle with sugar, flatten with bottom of drinking glass.
