What are some good Fat-Free (not low fat) Recipes?!

What are some good Fat-Free (not low fat) Recipes?

I am looking for some recipes for food that are completely and totally fat-free. I have been on a low fat diet eating special k red berry cereal and things like salads with fat free dressing and ever since I have my muscle definition looks way way better.

These recipes can be dessert, main course, snacks...anything.

FAT FREE VEGETABLE CHILI

1 package Birds Eye cauliflower, frozen
1 package Birds Eye small whole onions, frozen
1 jar tomato sauce (fat free)
chili seasoning (fat free)
sweet gerkins (fat free)

Heat cauliflower and onion in water. Cook until fork tender. Remove from heat, drain water leaving a little.
Add tomato sauce, chili seasoning, sweet gherkins. Heat until it starts to boil.

Remove from heat and serve. Yummmy

NO-FAT & SUGAR FREE SMOOTHIE

2 cups ice
1 to 1-1/2 cups of non-fat milk
1/4 cup Splenda
1-2 tablespoons banana, orange, vanilla, or strawberry extract

In blender, combine milk and ice. Blend until a milkshake consistency is reached. Add Splenda and one or more of the flavorings or extracts of your choice. Process on high speed for 1 minute.
Makes about two 8 oz. glasses.


FAT FREE COOKIES

2 c. quick oats
2 1/2 tsp. baking powder
2/3 c. Karo dark corn syrup or sorghum molasses (not blackstrap molasses)
2 c. flour
1/4 tsp. salt
2 egg whites or 1/2 c. Second Nature
2 tsp. vanilla
1 1/3 c. sugar
2 c. raisins or dried fruit

Spray cookie sheet with Mazola No Stick spray. In large bowl combine flour, sugar, oats, baking powder and salt. Add egg whites, corn syrup and vanilla. Stir until dry ingredients are moistened. Drop by teaspoonfuls onto cookie sheets. Bake 350 degrees 11 to 12 minutes or until set. Cool.

FAT-FREE CHICKEN "CREAM" GRAVY

2 tbsp. flour
1/4 c. skim milk
1 c. fat-free chicken broth or fat-free drippings
1/2 tsp. dried minced onion
Salt and pepper to taste

Add flour to skim milk; beat or stir until smooth. Place broth or drippings and onion in saucepan; heat to boiling. Add flour-milk mixture to broth very slowly, stirring constantly; season to taste. Reduce heat; cook 5 minutes, stirring constantly.

Delicious strawberries
8 oz fat free cream cheese
2 Tbs. fat free sour cream
3 Tbs. powdered sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
mix this all together and stuff hulled out strawberries (tip: cut the bottoms of the berries off a little so they stand)

Get a nice, colorful variety of vegetables and chop them up into 1/2 inch cubes.

Add some fresh or dried herbs and a tiny bit of water (1 teaspoon).

Wrap in foil and bake for 15 minutes.

Serve with brown rice or whole wheat couscous.

Chicken & Broccoli Fettuccine Alfredo

Contains less than one gram of fat per serving.

12 oz fettuccine
1 lb fat-free chicken tenders
1 1/4 cups chopped onion
2 1/2 cups sliced mushrooms
13 1/2 oz can fat-free chicken broth
1 cup fat-free cream cheese, softened
20 oz frozen broccoli florets
1 tsp white pepper

Prepare fettuccine according to package directions; drain and keep warm. Lightly spray a large non-stick skillet with non-fat cooking spray and heat over medium-high heat. Add chicken tenders and cook until chicken is no longer pink and is cooked through; remove chicken from skillet and set aside. Lightly respray skillet, saute onions until soft and transparent, about 5 minutes. Add mushrooms and continue cooking until mushrooms are tender. Stir in chicken broth and cream cheese; heat over medium-high heat until mixture almost comes to a boil and thickens. Add chicken, broccoli, and pepper to skillet; cook over medium heat until heated through. Toss with fettuccine and serve immediately .
