I like green onion sandwiches on white bread with butter

Cottage cheese mixed with ranch and bacon bits...Yum! LOL

a kind of salad(that's how i like to name it): in a big plate i cut a few tomatoes and cucumbers, then i add some salami or ham, cheese(salt cheese), olives,a lot of oil(olive or sunflower), salt,pepper, a bit of vinegar. i put it in a cool place for a half an hour and...

Hummus with cucumbers and whole wheat pita wedges.

Ritz-type crackers with cheese and sweet pickle slices on top.

Casserole made with brown rice, cooked cabbage, onion, plain yogurt and a little shredded cheese. it's Delicious but nobody will believe me.

My husband likes tuna salad on cherry pop tarts......ewwwww, I know, it's disgusting!

If you like fried green tomatoes, then my unusual snack is something you might like......fried pickles.

slice a couple of dill pickles into rings, not spears or just uses some hamburger dill pickles

whisk a couple of eggs and add the pickle slices

mix 1/2 cup of cornmeal with some cajun seasoning, if you don't have any cajun seasoning, that's ok. Just use the cornmeal.

Coat the pickles with the cornmeal and fry in about one inch of oil until golden brown. Drain and serve. These are great. believe it or not.

Fresh mango and a large salad, or pineapple...

sugar
cocoa powder
and milk
The sugar and cocoa balance each other out. Just put the oat meal in a bowl, sprinkle sugar, then cocoa powder. Then stir and add milk.

i love this snack. it is easy to make so you should try it.

Cherry fluff is what my mom calls it but it is actually called cherry salad. when my mom makes it she adds crushed pinapple and it is so good.

INGREDIENTS

1 (8 ounce) container frozen whipped topping, thawed
1 (14 ounce) can sweetened condensed milk
1 (21 ounce) can cherry pie filling
1 can crushed pineapple (optional)
DIRECTIONS

Mix whipped topping, sweetened condensed milk, and cherries in a large mixing bowl. Transfer to a serving bowl, and chill.

I have to say i LOVE cockles in vinegar dipped in mayo. YUM!

this is mine scramble eggs cooked with pork brains // yes it doesnt sound good and seems to be a bit hokey but done right it is a right tasty breakfast here is how i make it-- use 3 eggs and crack them into a bowl stir till completely mixed then stir in about 1 or 1.5 ounces of brains cook till done to your liking serve with toast and jam/jelly enjoy
