Here are some recipes and a site listed afterward where you can find more:

WOK CHICKEN WINGS

12 to 15 chicken wings cut at joints and tips removed
2 tbsp. soy sauce
2 tbsp. Chinese cooking wine
1/2 tsp. "five spice"
Peanut or Wok oil
4 slices fresh ginger root (thinly cut)
2 cloves garlic crushed
1/4 c. sugar
1/2 c. water
1 tbsp. Lite soya sauce

On high heat, add oil, garlic and ginger root to Wok. Cook, stirring for 1 to 2 minutes. Add chicken pieces and continue to move mixture in Wok for 1 to 2 minutes. Add remaining ingredients (mix these together and add as a fluid mixture).
Put to medium heat, cover and stir occasionally for 30 to 45 minutes. Cook until only oil is left in bottom of wok. Serve as finger food, or with rice on the side for an entree.

BROCCOLI AND BEEF (For Wok)

3 c. broccoli, more if desired
3 c. carrots, more if desired
1 c. chopped onions
1 lb. beef tips, chopped in half
3/4 c. water, more if needed
2 tbsp. flour, more if thicker gravy desired
1/2 c. some type of soil, Sasamo
Minute Rice, desired servings on box

If your wok has a low, medium and high, start on medium high.
1. Brown onions in some type of oil.

2. Add meat and stir until meat is cooked. Keep heat as low as you can (and can still allow meat to get done). You don't want tough beef.

3. Form an empty curve in beef, leave center hollow.

4. Around sides of the wok and on top of the beef add broccoli and carrots.

5. Pour water into center and cover for 8-10 minutes.

6. Check broccoli and carrots to see if steamed to your liking.

7. Add flavor and stir in center with the water. You may need to add more water.

8. When gravy has formed, stir beef and vegetables together.

9. Prepare rice as directed on box.

10. Combine rice and dish.

nearly anything that can be cooked in a skillet can be cooked in a wok, and usually with less oil.

As for care instructions, that would depend on what kind of wok you have. Care for a cast iron wok would be different from a hammered iron, or teflon-coated wok.

Just wash the Wok regularly after use. If you let the oil stay, it is unhealthy.
As for recipes. Any stir fry, or those that need sauté is good for a wok. I use a wok for almost anything. Tastes better.
I am sure you will get a lot of recipés on Web and from people. I will give you a simple one.

Take a packet of "Oriental cut" vegetables.
or cut fine and long (3") vegetables like Onion, carrots, cabbage, 3 colors of Capsicum , leeks and any you like.
Saute in oil, add thinly cut chicken slices from breast. Or Fajita style chicken.
Now add ginger garlic .
Salt to taste.
Some sauces. Like Soya, Ketchup, chilly sauce...
Any you like. But these are for Oriental taste.

Stir till chicken is cooked. You may cover to cook.
Vary these.
You can add cooked rice and make a fried rice .
