There are thousands of recipes with mushrooms in them, was there something in particular??? Here are some below, sorry But I have no way of knowing what you want
BAKED STUFFED MUSHROOMS

1 stick butter
1 small onion, minced
3 tablespoons Parmesan cheese
1/3 cup sweet Vermouth
1/2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
1 cup plain bread crumbs
1 lb. mushrooms (remove stems and finely chop)
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
3/4 teaspoon garlic powder
1/4 teaspoon oregano

Melt butter in skillet. Cook onion until translucent. Add chopped stems. Sitr in bread crumbs, seasonings, and cheese. Brown lightly. Add sweet Vermouth last. Toss lightly to combine well. Stuff mushroom caps with mixture. Bake at 350°F for 15 minutes.

MARINATED MUSHROOMS

Combine in a glass or stoneware bowl:

1 lb mushrooms, cleaned
1 tablespoon chopped chives or scallions

In a small bowl, combine:

2 tablespoons red wine vinegar or cider vinegar

take stump out of mushroom and put crab meat in it
bake in oven.
make sure pan you cookit on has grease on it! GL :-)

i can't even begin to tell you how good this is. it's kind of like cream of mushroom, but more sophisticated. my dh hates cream of mushroom soup, but he'll eat the entire pot of this.

Mushroom Bisque

1 quart chicken broth
1/2 pound fresh button mushrooms, chopped; fairly small
1/2 pound fresh cremini mushrooms, chopped; fairly small
1 small onion, finely chopped
6 tablespoons butter
6 tablespoons all-purpose flour
8 tablespoons half-and-half
1 bay leaf
1 teaspoon salt
White pepper
Hot sauce

In a 2-quart pot, bring chicken broth to a boil. Add mushrooms and onions and bring back to a simmer. Reduce heat to a slow simmer and cover for at least 1 hour.

Roux:
In a separate large pot, melt the butter, then add the flour. Whisk until evenly incorporated. Continue to whisk while slowly adding half-and-half to the roux. Add bay leaf and stir constantly until the sauce is thickened and smooth. Remove the bay leaf and discard.

Add the mushroom broth to the roux and stir until evenly incorporated. Season with salt, pepper and hot sauce, to taste. Serve immediately.

There are numerous ways to cook a mushroom. My most favorite way is to slice them then saute them in chopped garlic and butter.

You can skewer them whole along with meats and veggies to have a nice kabob.

You can also remove the stem and stuff in anything you like. I like to use stuffing but I've tried crab stuffed mushrooms and they were delicious. Here's the recipe:

good luck!
