Easy Cheesy Beef Mac Recipe
1 pound hamburger
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1/2 cup milk
1 box (7.25 oz) cheese & macaroni
Brown hamburger; drain if necessary.
In the meantime, cook macaroni according to package directions and drain. Combine hamburger and macaroni in skillet. Stir in soup, milk, and the packet of powdered cheese until well blended.
Cook on low-medium heat for 10-15 minutes or until heated through.
Notes: use a box of your favorite brand of cheese & macaroni. If you use a larger box-you may need to add more soup and milk.
