Crockpot Pork Chops and Stuffing
Boneless Pork Chops
1 box favorite stuffing
1 onion
2 celery stalks
1 apple
1 cup chicken broth
1/4 melted butter
Chop apple, onion, and celery. Mix with stuffing. Add chicken broth and butter and stir. Layer half of the stuffing mix on the bottom of the crockpot. Put in pork chops. Put the rest of the stuffing mix over the pork chops. Cook on low 8 hours.
Stuffin n Chops
INGREDIENTS:
6 (3/4 inch) boneless pork loin chops
1 tsp. seasoned salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
6 cups plain or cornbread stuffing mix
1 cup chopped red bell pepper
1 onion, chopped
2-1/2 cups water
1 cup shredded Muenster cheese
PREPARATION:
Sprinkle pork chops with salt and pepper and set aside. Combine stuffing, bell pepper, onion, and water in 5-6 quart slow cooker and stir to mix well. Place pork chops on stuffing, pressing so some chops are covered with the stuffing mixture. Cover and cook on Low for 5-6 hours.
Remove pork chops from slow cooker and set aside, covered, to keep warm. Stir cheese into mixture in crockpot and serve with pork. 6 servings

Fruit Stuffed chops
Ingredients:
1 cup dried fruit bits
1 cup chicken broth
1/2 cup apple juice
3 tablespoons butter or margarine
1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
1/8 teaspoon nutmeg
1 package (6 ounce) herb-seasoned one-step stuffing mix
4 (4 ounce each) boneless pork loin chops
1/8 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon pepper
In large saucepan, combine fruit bits, broth, 1/4 cup of the apple juice, margarine, cinnamon and nutmeg. Bring to a boil. Stir in stuffing mix. Remove from heat.
Place pork chops and remaining 1/4 cup apple juice in bottom of 3 1/2 to 4 quart slow cooker. Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Top with stuffing mix.
Cover; cook on low setting for 5 to 6 hours.
To serve, scoop out stuffing; place in bowl. Stir gently. Serve with pork chops.

4 (1-inch thick) pork double loin chops
1/2 teaspoon pepper
2 tablespoons vegetable oil
Stuffing:
1/3 cup water
1/3 cup butter or margarine
3 cups packaged cornbread stuffing mix
1 cup finely chopped mushrooms
1/2 cup finely chopped onion
1/2 cup finely chopped celery
1 (8 ounce) can whole kernel corn, drained
Wipe pork well with damp paper towels; trim off and discard surplus fat from edges of each chop. Lightly sprinkle all surfaces of chops with pepper.
Heat oil in large skillet over medium heat; add chops and brown, about 4 to 5 minutes per side. Set aside.
To make stuffing, heat water and 1/4 cup of the butter or margarine in medium saucepan until fat is melted. Stir in stuffing mix, mushrooms, onion, celery and drained corn.
Melt remaining 1 1/2 tablespoons butter or margarine in 5-quart slow cooker on HIGH setting; use it to brush sides of slow cooker. Spread stuffing over bottom of slow cooker. Arrange pork chops on top. Cook, covered, on LOW setting for 8 to 10 hours.
Serves 4.
make white rice . Pan sear Pork chops . the put white rice in 12x9 baking pan place pork chops on top and pour creme of mushroom on top and bake 30 min. @ 350. this is excelent and very easy
